Check pleated skirt

Post by DrFishnets »

I bought myself a rather nice check pleated skirt from Matalan. It was reduced from £15 to £10.50. I’ve been looking for a skirt that is similar to my kilts. However, in the product description it says the skirt is brown when it’s obvious it’s grey with black checks.

:hmmm:
I see a very light brown background with medium brown
and black threads creating the 'plaid' pattern.

A very, Very nice Box-pleat skirt :D

Nice looking skirt, but it’s not lined so I’m not going to buy it. Shame. It’s a good looking garment.

It's difficult to install a lining in a pleated skirt. If you're worried,
it is best to wear a half slip underneath it.

Personally, I'ld take it in a heart beat :!: :D

Just my $.02 worth :D

I would gladly add it to my wardrobe at that price - shipping and import tarrifs are not going to make it worth though.

Haha! I was thinking that too. Just shows you people have different perceptions of colour. I personally see it as black and blue (which was the real colour) while some others see it has white and gold.

Anyway, glad you and others who replied like the skirt I bought. The product description to the skirt I bought says brown but in reality it’s a pale blueish grey with black stripes.
