From Kilt to Skirt
I have been wearing my Kilts for about 3 years now. I have tried a number of times to buy a decent looking skirt for my build and look. I gave up and continued to wear the Kilts. A few months back I was reading a post about converting jeans into a skirt and thought about all these pairs of khaki short pants i put away. I took one of the more worn pair and went through the process of cutting and seam ripping and with about 2 hours of work created a skirt that looks like i have worn it for years.
I have worn it around the house on occasion but never in public. That is until the labour day weekend. I went to the Chilliwack Bluegrass festival with my trailer and musical instruments. I have been wearing a kilt among these people the entire time. I went to the festival and set up my camp. I then changed into my skirt and went around to visit the many people I know, Not one person made a comment. No one even looked down. It was a fantastic weekend. The next jump is to wear one too work. (I own the company)

Since you own the company the dress (or skirt) code should not be a problem.
