New Skirts have Arrived

Post by phathack »

While surfing the internet an ad appeared for a clothing store I had not seen before.
Wet Seal, they specialize in clothing for young women and they had several interesting skirts available in my size to I placed an order.

Five new skirts, four of them are short and a long Maxi skirt. Four of the skirts are pull-on types which I prefer. I wore one of the short skirts last night and it was quite comfortable. I was surprised to note that while I considered this skirt to be very short it actually falls a couple of inches above the knee as do most of these skirts. I tried on the Maxi skirt this morning, its hem falls around my ankle and quite comfortable and very light weight and cool, I will have to watch what I wear under this one as under the right light you can see whats underneath.

The short pencil skirt and has a zipper and is a little tighter than I would like but still wearable, I think. More when I get a chance to try it for extended wear.

Now I am sure I have more skirts than pants with this new addition to the collection.
If I get some decent photos of these skirts in action Ill be sure to post them.

If you like short skirts at a low price, you might also like Forever21. It's both a brick & mortar store and a website. Like Wet Seal, it's aimed at younger women. I bought a few things from F21 a couple of years ago including my long wrap skirt. The last time I looked what they were selling was too short for me to consider wearing out. And I already own enough skirts that I'm not up to wearing in public.

I think short skirts work on men no matter what age they are. In general, long skirts add a sophisfiaction on a man if he can carry it off.

I reckon that's only true if you have the confidence to carry it off. My shortest are 19" and I would not want much shorter! Long and sophisticated sounds more appealing to me!
Keep on skirting,
