I saw a young man in a black tired skirt in Chepstow yesterday, the first time I've ever seen any male here wearing one.

Saw plenty at York Pride both at the venue and on the march, men wearing skirts as men rather than trans/drag. Wonder if it's a thing in non-pride festivals such as Parklife, Glastonbury and much smaller ones etc?

I'll be out and about tonight skirted for sure! We're having a mini-heatwave, well, 23c (which is verging on a heatwave for us in the north of England!).

From my balcony a couple of days ago, I saw my first male not in pants. A young 20-30s man who was wearing what I think was a dress. He was just walking down the street toward the beach. It was like a loose shirtdress with sandals. My first sighting since being here for 10 months.

A couple of weeks ago, in Glasgow. As I was heading out of Morrisons supermarket in Partick, a young man entered. He was dressed head to toe in black, including an ankle-length skirt. I was all in black too, except for a bright purple miniskirt. :D
Keep on skirting,

Reading last week.
A guy in short skirt in Boots with a female friend. He was also wearing spagetti strap top, had long hair and painted nails. Definetly a guy but possibly trans.
I was deciding wether to stop and chat but because of the top, hair and nails thought I might be making assumptions and decided to move on.

It was a few months ago but I did see a guy in a denim wrap maxi skirt go through departures at Grenoble Airport in France! No one else seemed to bat an eyelid that he was wearing a skirt!

This is exactly how it should be, a perfectly normal clothing option.

Also in the past month I have seen three skirted men on my travels (other than the meet up), no interaction as I was in the car every time. Maybe its the heatwaves we keep getting at the moment that's helping others to give it a try.

I saw another guy on a flight yesterday in a utility kilt, again completely normal with no one noticing!

I sometimes wonder that us, as guys who wear skirts and kilts, are more likely to notice someone else wearing the same, than the rest of the general public are likely to notice!
