Never quite understood that - like - are they only uncomfortable for us men, or are they uncomfortable for women too?
I don't think it's a matter of comfort. I wear wrap skirts when out in town as it is easier to sit in the park on the grass or to tuck the skirt in between legs when in the train, tube, pub or a cafe just so that I don't show my pants to the person sitting opposite me. I do have one skirt from the female section which is comfy and I do wear it on errands and around the house or for a walk - but I don't wear it when I need to sit down

. I'm not able to sit with my legs together for longer periods of time, not sure how the ladies do it

.

Added accoutrements are debatable, I think a lot of this is in the eye of the beholder. I think it would be nice if men enjoyed a bit of frivolity. For instance, take women's tops - often they'll have flutter sleeves, lace collars, or other embellishments. Any time I've tried those kinds of tops I've felt the fool - but at the same time I want some "fun", let's say variety in tops. I think skirts present an opportunity to widen men's available expression - expand color pallets - introduce interesting patterns. Like, if we are going to break the system, let's really break the system.
That's just personal choice. I want something modest, and I'm not saying others shouldn't be wearing more feminine (or however you fancy describing it - you know what I mean) attire. Just what fits my personal style I reckon

.
SL, you are right there should be. However there are not any really to speak of other than the odd niche offering. There won't be any in the near future either.
The skirt is a emblem of female empowerment now regardless of its history. Women are validating their womanhood, their feminity with the skirt - it's empowering for women.
Men must reclaim it. Personally I don't mind how it's reclaimed. If me wearing a skirt helps normalise male skirt wearing then that's something I want be apart of.
Yeah, that's true. I am normalising it myself by wearing skirts basically everywhere I go when it's warm outside (not wearing tights and skirts in Autumn/Winter; not feeling it). But my point still stands, that someone should try it as a business, and I am really tempted myself, however I do not know how to sew

. I reckon there were weirder businesses in the past that still exist.
Yup, got the green and the navy ones. I do recommend them, however they stopped sending it to the UK because of Brexit and they don't fancy dealing with the paperwork. Had to order it to Poland and my family brought it to me.
