It suggests "Wear it under slim or skinny fit trousers with boots...." Surely they mean over trousers as wearing under trousers would be pointless.

But whereas a welcome trend, alas not local to me.
I believe in offering every assistance short of actual help but then mainly just want to be left to be myself in all my difference and uniqueness.

I'm wearing a skirt because I don't want to wear trousers so the odds of me adding a skirt over trousers is not very high unless the trousers are actually tights or leggings in the wintertime.
Woman have Fashion, Men have a Uniform.
A skirt wearer since 2004 and a full time skirt wearer since 2020.
