That doesn't surprise me at all Stu, unfortunately..... After 20 years dealing with doctors on regular occasions I came to the conclusion most of what they do is guesswork, followed by prescribing something they think might do the trick, followed by other stuff if it doesn't. Your example is even wo...

My mother had this for many years. I remember the only thing prescribed were pain killers. Co-Proxamol were pretty good at getting rid of the pain.

Just have to re-inforce these tips for a pain free life. I run an old £50 PC. Don't use any anti virus software. Never, ever, had a virus on the computer. Used to get the odd Bot, but now never get those either. While everyone around me is taking their PC to the menders every few months I type on ob...

The cynic in me would agree with you Merlin. He has, though, waxed eloquently on the reasons he dresses as he does. Maybe he's like the rest and is using it for money and fame, I hope not though. I haven't met any transvestites (as far as I know) to ask them what they think of him. I hope they aren'...

Far from taking the piss out of transvestism, Eddie Izzard is a genuine transvestite, who's ranted many times about the freedom to dress in female clothes whenever he wants. He might crack jokes about dressing up, but he's also serious about it. For myself I think that transvestites (or any 'way out...

Hi folks, she was flirting like mad! No question about it. On the subject of wearing trousers underneath skirts I'd say it could look good if done well. Adds a bit of punkyness and individuality to a look. I hate rules with anything. The program with those two fashion police women Susannah and Trinn...

I'm betting so, although it could be a wink....
I've never referred to the male pudenda as a 'Mop' before, but I might start now:wink2:

Hi Big and Bashfull, speaking as a big guy myself, I'm in need of a similar alteration. Did your friend remove a pleat from the side? I can think that this would be the only way of doing it without altering the look. I've got a cheap poly kilt which I don't mind attacking. Even if I butcher it I'll ...

Hi Ziggy,
rivetting stuff.....
Are you by any chance a member of an Absinthe forum? Only the cheese link was posted on one the other day. Cheese and Absinthe go together pretty well.

Hi Jon!
You're right, I can do without the belt:)
However, the clothes I've already got in no way go with a kilt:shake:
I want to try and pull off the 'Ewen McGregor' look....At the moment I look like 'big goth in a kilt'....Actually I might get away with the goth thing :)

Lets face it, have you ever burst out laughing at a pot-bellied bloke with shorts as long and as baggy as his waist-line?! I've never done it, but I've seen others snicker or point and laugh at such things. My brother does stuff like that for a start:think: I think you always run the risk of such s...

I sometimes think I was born on another planet. I seem to have passed through life from birth to middle age without any of this teen angst bad behaviour stuff. When I was a teenager I thought most other teenagers were mental, and that hasn't changed. In fact a newspaper report months ago stated scie...
