Season 3, episode 1 - Gavan is wearing a kilt (or skirt I suppose), but I'm guessing it's a kilt as he has a bit of an accent.

You can see it's obviously a bifuricated garment at the beginning of the show (even though they all wear long aprons), and when he picks an item from a shelf you can see all the pleats at the back.
