i am just a person who happens to be black and loves kilts and skirts , i have had some ruff times that have made me cry my heart out,fearfull of being beat up and or raped. thease were my so called friends and i let them go.wearing the kilt is really no problem now with my new friends. if i am not at work i am in a kilt and sleep in a nightshirt. i am very carefull when i wear mini skirts and mini dresses. i have some bad encounters when getting gas in my mini. just the regular name calling, cat call and even a couple of creeps who put their hands on my backside. but i plan to buy more mini skirts and mini dress, i like the way the mini skirts feels and flows over me. i recently went to a small party were they did not care what i wore and it was very nice. i got alot of compliment and did not mind the love tapps on my bum that evening

At about 0:46, 1:10,2:12, and 2:26 into the video, you'll catch Duane Martin in a sarong. And this was 1996!
It surprised me when I saw it, I remember the clip and would have definitely remembered if I had noticed anyone running around skirted at that time. Of course, back then I was pretty closeted about that sort of thing and wasn't exactly looking for examples.
