Found his extra long T-shirt from Matalan. Doesn't say how long it is but the picture gives the impression that it's lllloooonnnngggg. If I get time I'll pop into the store with a tape measure and see.

It does look very long but it is 97% viscose and if not too tight would be wonderfull to wear.
I am not a great fan of writing on clothing but you could add "to wear a dress".

As you can see, this dress is much too short on me, so i bought another one and plan to attach the lower part of that one to the bottom of the first one. The example is merely pinned for testing, sewing it will be much more difficult
