I'm not sure this counts as in the news, but I don't know where else to put it. Check out especially the last picture in the article that depicts what someone in 1893 imagined would be the clothing of someone in 1993. (I'm pretty sure that is supposed to be a man.)

I like the 1993 outfit. I'd totally wear that! Not crazy about the head piece... but everything else... right on!

The woman in 1912 has a cool outfit too. I don't like the enormous bow hanging from the hat. But I'd keep the hat. Maybe use a smaller ribbon and bow.

Everything else looks like it's straight out of a circus.
