Re: Playing it safe

I think Since1982 was telling us the reasoning he used to get himself out in skirts.
You may well argue (if you wish) over the accuracy of all his statements of what is worn where - but it worked for him, and I say well done!

Re: Wearing a Skirt in public ?

I like wearing short skirts ... I can not squat down because of leg troubles so I would have to bend over if I had to pick anything up,and skirt will probably ride up and give someone a free show. Perhaps you will have to accept your limitation, and wear a longer skirt? My wife also cannot bend at ...

Brown smart t-shirt over a cream cotton lace-trimmed camisole (to keep my lower back warm). Dark brown Wolford Sheer 15 tights (pantyhose that is) and a light brown gingham-check lightweight skirt that comes mid-calf.
Bare-foot except for tights.

Re: What would you like to see in a man's dress?

I wear dresses for two reasons. One is that I like to do the full crossdressing bit - but that is not the purpose of this web site, so I will move on from there, except to say that the only dress I have which really fits me I had made to measure)! The second is that I sometimes suffer from back spas...

Re: long skirt

My wife recently went on a trip to Mozambique and brought back 7 long wrap-around skirts called "Capulanas". Six were for her, the seventh for me. This skirt is just a rectangle of cloth with a long tie ribbon at each end of the top. It wraps a good one and a half times round, even on my p...

Or you could take the view that I do that pantyhose are unisex, just like skirts.

I wear them everyday, under trousers when I can't wear a skirt.

Marks and Spencers - women's cotton full briefs or high legs.
These fit me far better and are far more comfortable than any male underwear I've found.

My wife is ok with this as long as I avoid pink and floral designs.

However I use a slip which is nominally 19" long (it actually measures about 16", M&S sizing does seem somewhat strange Is it possible that M&S size their slips as to the appropriate dress/skirt length for them to go under? Then a 16" slip could be just about right for a 19&q...

I have a single piercing in each ear. Had them done on honeymoon just over 10 years ago. My wife had a second piercing in each ear at the same time. This allows me to wear a single male-type earring when I want, or a pretty pair on the occasion I do the full cross-dressing bit, rather than just wear...

Not much use this side of the Atlantic, but thanks anyway. There is one mail order company in Europe (Witt) that often does men's nightshirts of a similar length - but except in mid-summer I prefer my nightshirts calf or ankle length. I have 3 my wife has made for me, the rest are plain women's nigh...

Working at home today, so wearing a calf-length skirt in a very fine brown and white check, cut on the bias.
This with a green long sleeve tee-shirt, cream fishnet hold-ups and a full slip (for warmth - its quite chilly today and I add clothes rather than turn the heating up)

Re: Tights, cold weather, Oscars (slightly political...sorry

Susan Sarandon should be nominated for best supporting actress, but probably won't be because she was on screen for only about three or four minutes total at most. She was superb, though, even in too-short scenes. Sasq Well, a few years ago, Judy Dench won the oscar for best supporting actress, des...
