Without knowing this company or their materials, I would hope their leather is tanned and treated like any other garment leather such as motorcycle leathers. I use premium leather, I have a number of suppliers and I hand pick the hides for each kilt. These kilts should last for generations to come....

Cool looking kilt, like the look. Doesn't it seem heavier and harder than even a heavy wool kilt? How will it survive a big rain? will the leather mark or stain? I enjoy making them. It's been rather busy here so I haven't been able to update the site for awhile.
