Re: What would you like to see in a man's dress?

I'd prefer something similar to a tunic, which reaches to the knees. Possibly something similar to what the Romans wore and in modern fabrics like denim.

Re: Out and About -- In the World at Large

I was on a trip last month and got up enough nerve to wear the outfit from my profile pic out to a liquor store near my hotel. Walking across the street and down the block about 200 yards was pretty much a non-event. It was getting pretty dark, so maybe anyone who saw me saw denim shorts instead of ...

On my last out of town outing, I'd gone out to dinner wearing a knee length denim skirt. In the restaurant, some redneck looking guy asked, "why are wearing a woman's skirt. My answer was, it's not a woman's skirt, it's my skirt and I'm a man. He still looked confused when his wife (or girlfrie...

Just to clarify, I live in a rural area, my closest neighbor can't see me with binoculars, so I wear kilts and an occasional denim skirt around home all of the time. The wife sees it as being "eccentric" but the neighbors don't see at all. I have been caught in a skirt a couple of times by...

out and about

I'm getting more daring. I had to be out of town for several days. Most of what I packed was shirts and kilts. I had one pair of jeand and one pair of dress slacks. I drove to my motel and checked in wearing a utilikilt. For dinner the first night, I changed into a knee length denim skirt, and red po...

Re: Hasta la vista baby!

I am a devoted Mac user as are most of my immediate family. All I'll say on that is that we like life easy. However - Vista. I have read increasing reports that Vista is being shunned by big business, to the extent that microsoft are now extending XP support to at least 2014. Apparently the busines...

I knew my sister-in-law knew that I wear kilts. But I didn't know that my wife had told her about the skirts, mostly denim, that are my usual around home wear. My kilts are too expensive for every "around the home" wear, especially when I can buy a nice ladies denim skirt for one tenth of ...

oops caught in a skirt

This afternoon, I was out behind my house smoothing over the area where they dug up my septic tank for $600.00 in repairs. I thought I heard a vehicle pull up. I went in through the back door, intending to slip into a pair of jeans I keep just inside in case of surprise visitors. My sister-in-law wa...

another good option is a USA kilts casual model. It is custom made to your measurements, ands is comparable in price to the most expensive Stillwaters, or Sportskilts works models, but will fit you much better. Rocky of USA kilts is a great guy with whom to work too.

I wear prety much the same things with skirts that I wear with kilts. That is tee shirts. polos, dress shirts, and even a sport coat or kit styled jacket. Footwear is anything from black socks and dress shoes to sandles, including boots and scrunched down socks.

Because I can
Because they are comfortable
And because, looking at most of the women today, I feel as if I'm crossdressing when I wear jeans.

Personally, I prefer these for all outdoor activities during cold weather, whether under a skirt or pants.

I've got a lot of poison ivy in my area as well as poison oak and sumac. While I don't climb trees for pruning, I do deer hunt from tree stands. Several years ago, I was using my climbing stand and had started down my selected tree, just at dark. I'm not stupid (or didn't think I was anyhow) so I al...
