Hmm... looks like a lot of discussion has gone on about the images since I posted on the article's talk page last night. The old images are gone and a new, and frankely much nicer (in my opinion), image has been uploaded. This one just looks much more professional and even has a "cool" fac...

Well, as a web designer I have a forced myself to have a certain outlook on things web based. You aren't making the website for yourself , nor are you making the content for yourself . You are making it for the public , or whatever your target audience is. Therefore, you go the extra mile and put in...

I prefer to have anything I wear on my lower half to hang around the hips, which to me is my "waist." Of course, there is the possibility that I would wear a skirted garment at the natural waist, if I found one that was comfortable enough, so I won't leave out the option. Luckily I only ha...

Some of the "tiered" "hippy" skirts that were in fashion this past year work really well on men. The sizing is pretty hard to make a mistake with as they tend to have elasticised waists and some even have drawstrings. They're very comfortable, and, depending on the fabric and ho...

True, small towns can be a pain to do anything different from the norm, since every seems to know everyone. Luckily that won't be a problem for me, as I'm not social enough to know most people anyways. My grandpa on the other hand knows everyone practically, and has the ability to strike up a deep c...

Wow, I still can't imagine how a denim skirt turns out to be so invisible. Sounds like it would make a good starter material for a skirt, although I personally prefer the look (can't comment on feel until I try it) of more "flowy" skirts. Found some really nice ones in this Himalayan shop ...

Well, I don't know French but I do know Babelfish, and it seems to have translated most of it sensically. From what I could understand, it sounds pretty interesting. Also, I love the design on those ones being modelled in the picture :ninjajig:

Sorry, but the link doesn't work. Looks like when editing it to display shorter on the page, you also edited the actual URL itself. By the way, who is Pierre Silber and what's the ad about?

I've added a new section to the article, covering UK laws - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Men_in_Skirts#The_Legal_Position_-_UK If someone wants to write up the USA laws, it would be very useful! Nice section, it's pretty informative and pretty sad at the same time. We proclaim how civilized and adv...

When I was growing up, little girls (at school) wore dresses and skirts, not over pants (dress code and all), and they sat cross-legged and swung on the swing and some climbed trees and swung on the monkey bars. And sometimes you could see their underpants. And maybe some kid would sing "I see...

Interesting article, and sadly some ignorant sounding comments as well. Now if only more schools that have a uniform would give children the option to wear a skirted garment or not, all over the world, things would be much nicer. From what I've seen of Male vs Female school uniforms around the world...
